# 水泥窑协同处置废弃物展望

水泥是国民经济建设的重要物资之一，是发展现代工业、农业、国防及战略新兴产业不可缺少的基础材料，也是支撑我国国民经济建设发展的重要基础材料。我国水泥工业从设计到装备制造都达到了世界先进水平，并且在节能减排方面取得了长足进步。当前，我国水泥行业属于产能过剩行业，需要通过环境结构、产品结构、技术结构进一步调整、转型和升级，以期解决近年来饱受争议的产能过剩的产能超低速增长或负增长时代。在产能严重过剩背景下，节能环保指标正在成为加速水泥行业落后产能出清的重要手段。水泥窑协同处置固体废物是当前水泥企业转型的重大机遇。

以下结合水泥行业发展现状、协同处置固废现状等情况及目前的形势，分析水泥窑在协同处置固废方面可能存在的需求与机遇。
